there's a few things i don't like about this terry.

1. The main thing i don't like is his jumping heavy attacks knock back ur opponent too much so it's not easy to combo off of them unless ur opponent is in the corner.

2. Quick burn is too slow and it's not an overhead like it is in 2002um, also it doesn't really combo in with anything.

3. This isn't really a big issue since it's not in 2002um and this is supposed to be a 2002um character, but i think we would all like to see this terry with buster wolf.

There's probably a few more lil quirks i don't particularly like, but they're not really important enough to mention. l

nice, terry is my favorite, 2002um with xi spark = ultrarox I hope kim2002um also have the feature, maybe you can use ahuron's kim, all his characters are open source
